Time of the Otherworld - Border Hike

By lighting the candle and burning incense we have protection, but also the opportunity to open the doors to the other world, to communicate with it and to connect with it.

Time for giving thanks, looking back, letting go, saying goodbye, oracles, visualizing and inviting new things.

Plants included: mistletoe, spruce, elderberry, mugwort, sage, juniper, etc.

  • Reusing sustainable raw materials

For us, the production chain has to be right from start to finish. Only if we treat nature, people and animals in a sustainable, appreciative and respectful manner can we give you a good product in our opinion. Our candle raw material makes an important contribution to this.

For ethical reasons, an alternative based on petroleum, animal products or beeswax would be out of the question for us.

We make our candles from leftovers from olive oil production, a kind of pomace.

The purely vegetable stearin comes 100 percent from residual use of European olive cultivation and is produced in Italy.

Not only the preparation of the mass, but also the production of our candles has become more complex and demanding and requires even more care, control and preparatory work.

The raw material is also expensive because it is only available in limited quantities.

Nevertheless, we are grateful that by using olive stearin we are part of a greener cycle and that important raw materials are not lost but returned to the production chain.

Certainly one of the most ecological candles currently available on the market.
