Cow Products in Ayurveda
Cow products play an important role in Ayurveda. Five major products are 1. Kshira (milk), 2. Gomutra (cow urine), 3. Gobar (cow dung), 4. Dadhi (curds, sour cream and yogurt) and 5. Ghrita (ghee, butterfat).
